Are Community Colleges Still "Democracy's Colleges"?

Are we successful in providing access and opportunity for minority students? How do we serve "undocumented" immigrants and their children? What does the new wave of returning GI’s, many with disabilities, need from us? Is educating students for participation in a democracy different now than it was in the 1950's? What can community colleges leaders do to be better advocates?

ICCD’s program addresses these leadership issues July 27-30 at Cornell University.
