A Comparison of Individual and Team Benefits Associated with Attending a Learning Conference
The purpose of this study was to examine the differences achieved by those attending a learning conference as the sole attendee from their college and those attending a conference accompanied by others from their college, or a team. The primary questions addressed in the study were whether team attendees benefited differently than individual attendees and whether they were more apt to apply the knowledge gained from the learning conference toward the goals of their college by making plans and taking action on their campuses.
