ICCD Completes Phase I of a Pilot of our Community College Leadership 360 Degree Assessment Report

January 2007:  As part of our Gravitational Leadership Program, ICCD has completed the first phase of a pilot report Community College Leadership 360 Degree Assessment.   Participants from ten community colleges took an on-line assessment of their strengths and areas needing improvement in four key leadership competency areas:  Core Skills (communication, collaboration, professionalism, and ethics), Advocacy, Resource Development, and Organizational Integrity.  The assessment was also completed by 15 to 20 of their colleagues.  The participants then received a sample report of their results.

ICCD's 360 Degree Assessment is based on the AACC Competencies for Community College Leadership.  The purpose of the report is to reveal and examine the relationship between how you assess your behaviors and how they are perceived by your peers, your supervisors, and those you supervise.

Once you have reviewed your profile, ICCD can assist you in creating a leadership development plan that focuses on your needs.
