Lee Riddell, ICCD Assistant Director, Appointed to the AAWCC Board
Lee Riddell, ICCD's Assistant Director, has been appointed to the board of directors of the American Association of Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) for a one-year term (2007-2008).
AAWCC is a council of the American Association of Community Colleges. Their mission is to "champion women and maximize their potential." They promote leadership for women at all levels in their colleges, including students, and engage in advocacy promoting equity and equality of opportunities for women.
Ms. Riddell will assist the board in integrating AAWCC's strategic plan into their planning process.
