This is the third annual Leadership Tools for Women, an ICCD conference designed specifically for women working in higher education who wish to heighten their understanding of the contemporary issues facing women as they move to assume leadership roles in their institutions. This day-long program will help women administrators identify growth opportunities necessary to advance to a CEO or executive level position.
Featured Speaker:
Tina Packer, founder and artistic director of Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Massachusetts, studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and has directed all of Shakespeare's plays. She is author of Power Plays: Shakespeare's Lessons in Leadership and Management, and Tales from Shakespeare.
