Terry O'Banion, President and CEO of the League for Innovation in the Community College, describes what academic leaders must do to be a part of the learning revolution. He highlights the need to overhaul the traditional architecture of education and put learning first. O'Banion, who was named one of Change magazine''s "Idea Champions" in 1998, is the author of numerous books and articles, including "A Learning College for the 21st Century."
