A value-added 3-day practicum that teaches you how to introduce, implement, and facilitate individual and team development using a 360 instrument that participants complete as part of the program.
Who should attend: Those who coordinate/direct community college leadership programs (or who are investigating/creating programs).

What are Core Skills?
Core skills – Mastering the Essentials:
At the heart of ICCD's Gravitational Leadership program are the Core Skills of communication, collaboration, professionalism, and ethics. Core Skills span across every areas of leadership and are critical to being a successful leader. They are essential to communicating well with diverse constituents, building effective teams, and collaborating on and off campus to creatively solve problems. All community college leaders are expected to maintain high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism. This Webinar series focuses on the core skills and behaviors of communication, collaboration (which includes mentoring), and ethics.
The Core Skills programs are part of ICCD's Gravitational Leadership Program.
