Building Leadership Capacity

ICCD will help you align your institutional human resources with your mission, values and strategic goals through a two phase process of assessment and leadership development. 

Phase I:  Assessment

Using skills inventories, personality profiles, surveys and focus groups, ICCD will assess the leadership capacity and readiness among your employees. 

Phase II:  Leadership Development

ICCD will design a range of short and long term leadership programs to fill leadership gaps and enhance the leadership skills of faculty, administrators and support staff.
