ICCD Mission
The Institute for Community College Development at Cornell University is a leadership development organization. It will enhance the capacity of community colleges to meet society's needs for education and training by providing professional development opportunities for current and future community college leaders and by supporting research to inform leadership decisions and improve student success.
To become a nationally and internationally recognized leader in community college development ICCD will:
- Offer leadership development programs for faculty, administrators and trustees.
- Provide customized programs for individual colleges, systems or professional associations.
- Sponsor and disseminate applied research.
